From June 8-10, 2022, Nuremberg is hosting Euroguss 2022, the biennial trade fair that is one of the world’s benchmarks for the die-casting mold industry in which SCS has been working for 40 years.
Now in its fourteenth edition, the fair is dedicated to die casting technologies, processes and products and has seen a steady growth in exhibitors over the years, from 93 in the initial edition in 1996, to an impressive 758 in 2020, the year it was decided to open a new pavilion that increased the exhibition area to 40,700 square meters to better distribute participants and visitors.
Indeed, the public was an important part of Euroguss’s success, with some 15,000 domestic and international trade visitors attending with satisfaction rates of more than 90 percent.
In addition to the world of automotive component manufacturers-which alone accounts for about one-third of visitors-the fair is also a European benchmark for companies involved in foundry machinery, metalworking and metal production, electrical and electronics, and plant construction.
The range of products and technologies on display allows visitors to admire some of the most innovative solutions regarding die casting processes for alloys such as aluminum, magnesium and zinc. The event will also help give due prominence to topics such as die casting machines or rapid prototyping.
The international importance of this fair and the opportunity to connect with companies that focus on technological innovation in the industry also prompted SCS to participate in Euroguss 2022.
