Individual mold components are assembled in the assembly department to perform the final stages of testing. Using mold test presses, fasteners are checked, tested at strategic points with centesimal and Prussian blue probes.

Assembly and testing is a critical key stage that precedes delivery to the Customer. We have eight assembly stations and three mold testing presses, allowing us to certify the perfect functioning of the design created.
