Between November and December, the SCS team took part in a communication course involving all company figures.
We understand that in order to grow and maintain the quality of our services at a high level, it is necessary not only to invest in technological innovation and new resources, but also and above all to optimize internal company relations and communication.
A communication flow in which information is conveyed clearly and effectively, as well as better interpersonal skills with colleagues, can make a big difference and positively influence productivity.
Therefore, our company, thanks to the collaboration with Apindustria Brescia, decided to participate in a course to understand how to optimize the dynamics of internal and external communication.
Anopportunity for growth both at the level of the individual and in relation to our entire organization, which allowed us to investigate communication processes across the board and find out what can be done to streamline information exchanges and maintain peaceful and fruitful relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
