We offer our customers a repair service for damaged molds, due to wear and tear or damage done during molding.

Together with the Customer, we can plan an overhaul and maintenance plan for the mold. In the overhaul phase, the mold is completely disassembled to be viewed in detail. The Customer will receive a report for all damaged components, along with an estimate for their repair.

The mold is then reassembled and delivered to the customer along with all the reporting. If necessary, we can perform laser welding on the mold to complete the assembly stage.
