Keeping up with technological and market evolution, we have an advanced fleet of machines capable of ensuring maximum efficiency throughout the entire production process. Milling machines, drilling machines, EDM tanks, drills and mold testing presses represent our operational side, which pursues the goal of making quality molds that completely meet the Customer’s needs.

The milling department is the production core of the company, with a selection of technologically advanced machines that allow us to work on parts of different sizes. Through the milling machines we are able to rough, finish and perform machining on parts with maximum dimensions of 3,000×2,500mm. For surface finishing, we have state-of-the-art 3- and 5-axis machining centers.

Drilling

IIThe deep drilling department consists of 3 drilling centers that enable us to obtain finished parts with horizontal, vertical and oblique holes. With this machining we precisely and quickly make the most complex cooling circuits of die-casting and injection molds. Our drilling machines can drill holes up to a diameter of 40mm for a length of 1,450mm.

TURNING
The turning department consists of 3 horizontal CNC lathes that allow us to machine mechanical parts up to Ø 250 x 1400 mm.
EDM
EDM
The EDM department complements machining performed with numerically controlled machinery and enables the production of even more precise parts. EDM machining can achieve degrees of precision that are impossible to achieve today through milling or other more traditional mechanical machining.

Mold testing
Machinery used in quality control activities in the mold making industry includes Mold Testing Presses. These machines make it possible to test the perfect functioning of molds, delivering perfectly functioning molds to the Customer and increasing service life.
